Lynky is a touchscreen smart hub with Google Assistant and looks like Amazon Echo Show. It has a 5-inch touchscreen with a voice-activated smart speaker such as Amazon Echo or Google Home.
You can use your voice to easily control your entire Lynky smart home, but you can also adjust the the lighting or the air conditioner via the touch-sensitive surface below the screen. Along with the desktop version, Lynky Wall Version is also available that you can simply talk to activate functions you want. Voice recognition or voice-based control has become definitely a trend of the time, but we perceive up to 80 per cent of all impressions by means of our sight. In this sense, Lynky is very attractive as it is not only voice-based but also touchscreen-based.
Lynky can trigger IFTTT actions to occur, and with its open API there’s great potential for integrations with 200+ devices and services. Additionally, you can use it as a smart hub to remotely control the light or other smart gadgets when you are on your way back home by linking with a GPS system.
Lynky is currently raising funds on Indiegogo, a crowdfunding site. More information about the product can be found here.
