This month startup Tripbtoz has launched its new app which lets Korean users book hotels all over the world in a matter of minutes.
The startup is partnered with the world’s top travel website Tripadvisor and offers reviews and bookings for over 300,000 hotels around the globe. There are already many travel and hotel platforms out there, and Tripbtoz’s goal is to make booking a hotel as stress-free as possible. After booking first time, subsequent reservations can be made in a minute or two.
According to the company most global accommodation sites record 22-27 clicks from searching for a hotel to entering book details and paying. By using Tripbotz, travelers will be able to reduce this to around 10 clicks. The app also offers easy cancellations and real-time price changes. If something that you’ve book lowers in price before the date, you’ll be gifted points that can be used next time.
However, there is one thing holding back Tripbtoz from making bookings even quicker. Due to Korea’s complex online payment systems and regulations, users are slowed down at the end of the process. The startup has plans to improve this and wants to implement a system similar to Amazon’s one click pay feature. Once this is in place, Tripbtoz hopes to be the fastest and most convenient booking app in the country.
